Envision Outdoor Living Products, which manufactures Envision composite decking and Fairway Railing, has incorporated Cool Tread Technology to their Ridge Premium capped composite decking line.
Decking with Cool Tread Technology has a surface that is up to 25% cooler, with up to 33% greater traction and up to 61% less moisture absorption than the typical top competition.
Cool Tread Technology, previously exclusive to the Distinction line, is now available in the Ridge Premium line, combining high-end innovation with affordable luxury.
Ridge Premium with Cool Tread Technology is available in three new colors, each with rich variegation and graining that really replicates the authenticity of wood:
- Baja Tide has appealing golden overtones inspired by warm seaside sands.
- Silver Drift evokes aged boardwalks and mellow beach greys.
- Kodiak Bay mimics the rich gray-brown colors of secluded coves and rocky shoreline.
Ridge Premium with Cool Tread Technology, like all Envision capped composite decking alternatives, is made with the company’s proprietary Compress Technology, which combines an EverGrain Core with a high-density cap to produce long-lasting, low-maintenance decking.
This production procedure produces decking that has authentic, deep, non-repeating grains, is resistant to staining, splintering, cracking, rot, and insects, and does not require staining, sanding, or sealing.
Ridge Premium is available in both square and grooved edge shapes.
The fluted bottom of the boards has a wider edge, allowing for more room to drive screws, making installation quicker and faster.
