ABC Supply Acquires Gutter Source Assets

By   /

ABC Supply Co. Inc., a building products distributor, has acquired the assets of Gutter Source, LLC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Gutter Source’s gutter supply business, located at 531 N. Ann Arbor Ave., and manufacturing facility will be integrated into American Construction Metals’ (ACM) operations.

Furthermore, many Gutter Source employees will join the ABC Supply and ACM teams, ensuring a smooth transition for existing customers.

Darla Morley founded Gutter Source in 1992, and it quickly became the leading gutter supplier in Oklahoma City, expanding its manufacturing capabilities in 2011. ABC Supply expands its footprint in Oklahoma to seven locations and strengthens its team of knowledgeable associates by acquiring Gutter Source.

“We’re happy to welcome the Gutter Source team to our ABC Supply family,” Jonathan Shepard, vice president of ABC Supply’s Southwest Region, explained.

“With the additional location in Oklahoma City, we solidify ABC Supply’s position as the leading supplier of rainware products in Oklahoma and strengthen our partnerships with area contractors.”

ABC Supply’s ACM division is a strategic business unit that specializes in the manufacture of metal building products such as rainware, soffit, fascia, and roofing and siding accessories.

“We are excited to collaborate with ABC Supply in welcoming the associates and acquiring the manufacturing assets of Gutter Source,” ACM’s executive director, Steve Reuter stated.

“The associates’ passion for gutter and rainware will greatly enhance our ability to support ABC Supply’s continued growth in this key product segment.”
