Lennar Has Announced The Start of Home Pre-sales At Stonehaven

By   /

Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has begun home pre-sales at Stonehaven, a prestigious new masterplanned community in Jeffersonton, Virginia, and the homebuilder’s first-ever single-family home neighborhood in Culpeper County.

The community’s model houses will open in the fall of 2022, but interested purchasers can secure their new Stonehaven home today.

Upon completion, the master planned community will include 761 single-family homes and townhomes in a beautiful rural setting surrounded by hundreds of acres of preservation land, yet with extensive on-site lifestyle and commercial amenities, and just minutes from historic Warrenton and central Culpeper.

“Stonehaven mixes the best of rural living with the level of comfort, convenience, design and technology that homebuyers expect from Lennar,” Lennar Virginia/DC Metro Division President Matt Wineman said.

“We’re thrilled to kick off our pre-sales at Stonehaven and to begin building homeowner relationships and delivering our trademark Lennar quality to Culpeper County.”

Stonehaven will offer 13 new and proven popular Lennar designs ranging from 1,810 to 3,676 square feet, 3 to 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 to 3 baths (with options for additional) from the Signature, Executive, and Estate collections.

There will also be two further townhome collections in the community.

The Lexington, a single-family home rambler with three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage; the Bonnington, with a first-floor owner’s suite; the Concord, with an upstairs loft opening to the second-floor bedrooms; and Lennar’s popular MacArthur, with a morning room and two-story great room, are among the single-family plans.

Three of the layouts have a regular three-car garage. To fulfill the needs of today’s most modern homeowner, all houses have the latest designer elements, expansive living spaces, modern kitchens, and resort-style owner’s suites.

Additionally, homeowners can choose from six distinct exterior styles: Traditional, Craftsman, Cottage, Victorian, Farmhouse, and Federal.

Every house at Stonehaven is a Lennar Connected Home, which includes features like the eero Pro 6 smart home hub, the Ring alarm and video doorbell, the MyQ Chamberlain smart garage hub, the Flo by Moen smart water detection, the Honeywell Pro smart thermostat, and the Level Bolt invisible smart lock.

All homes also have Lennar’s hallmark Everything’s Included program, which includes the homebuilder’s most popular options and upgrades in the basic price.

This includes granite kitchen worktops with backsplash, GE stainless steel appliances, shaker-style cabinetry, low-VOC interior paint, and a plethora of carefully picked interior details and designer fixtures at Stonehaven.

Single-family home starts in the upper $474,000s.

Stonehaven residents will live in a highly amenitized layout that includes a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, tot lot, and several sports fields and sports courts, all connected by a network of bike and walking trails.

A 240-acre preservation buffer along the Rappahannock River, the longest free-flowing river on the East Coast of the United States, and approximately 500 acres between Rixeyville Road/Route 229 and Jeffersonton Road/Route 621 surround the community.

Along with the nearby Lee Highway/Route 211 and Rixeyville Road, a variety of retailers, restaurants, and services are planned.

These roads also connect Stonehaven to surrounding job hubs, the stores, restaurants, and entertainment of historic Warrenton and central Culpeper, as well as a slew of scenic vineyards, breweries, and recreational sites such as Virginia Shenandoah National Park.

Culpeper County Public Schools serve the children that live at Stonehaven.

Stonehaven’s pre-sale The Welcome Home Center and sales office can be found at 18163 Golf Lane in Jeffersonton, Virginia.
