MI Charitable Foundation Is Giving Away $50,000 In Scholarships To Graduating Seniors

By   /

As high school seniors prepare for their final semester of high school, the MI Charitable Foundation is delighted to announce that applications for our annual scholarship program are now being accepted.

This year, the MI Foundation will award a record $50,000 in scholarships to up to 50 students from throughout the country for post-secondary education.

All seniors in high school are eligible to apply at www.miwindows.com/scholarship. Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2019.

“MI is so grateful to offer this program for hardworking, dedicated, and community-minded students,” said MI Foundation Specialist and Treasurer Gwen Mallon.

“As part of the application review committee, I am delighted to learn about the wonderful things the applicants have already achieved, as well as the amazing plans they have for the future.”

Students are required to complete a questionnaire and submit a brief essay as part of the admission process.

The winners will be chosen by a MI Foundation committee based on their application responses and the content of their essays.

“Two of the official pillars of the MI Foundation prioritize helping children and giving back to the communities in our own backyard,” added Mallon.

“This scholarship program allows us to do both at the same time, which is really rewarding.”
