Silvermine Stone, the inventor of the mortarless stone veneer category of siding products, is expanding its distribution network with the addition of U.S. Lumber, a specialty building product distributor based in Duluth, Georgia.

U.S. Lumber will distribute Silvermine Stone to customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Northern Illinois from its Stillwater and Big Lake, Minnesota locations.

Since the launch of the Belterra Collection in 2020, Silvermine Stone, the first brand of mortarless stone veneer, has been growing in the market.

“We are excited to work with US LUMBER to service and grow the Upper Midwest market.” Silvermine Stone CEO Mike Borom stated.

“U.S. Lumber has extensive experience in launching and growing branded, value-added products, and has earned an exceptional reputation among its customers for service, support, and education.” The team at U.S. Lumber will raise Silvermine Stone’s profile and growth.”

Silvermine Stone is a mortarless stone siding that enables builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners to choose a stone veneer for a variety of construction projects without the difficulties associated with mortar-applied stone.

“We are thrilled to be Silvermine Stone siding’s Upper Midwest distribution partner.”

“The moisture protection, ease of installation, and authentic look of Silvermine help set them apart from other stone siding manufacturers,” said Dustin Warren, director of market development at US Lumber.

“The addition of Silvermine to our Big Lake and Stillwater Minnesota locations helps round out our total siding category to provide our customers with a complete siding resource.”
