By   /

Lifestory Research released the findings of three different flooring product category studies from the 2022 America’s Most Trusted Study.

Stainmaster, Arizona Tile, and Armstrong were all ranked first in brand trust in their respective product categories in the study.

America’s Most Trusted is based on a survey of people who are actively shopping for or considering purchasing a product and have formed an opinion about the brand.

The research program will enter its tenth year in 2022, with over 50,000 opinions collected to determine which brands people trust the most.

The Net Trust Quotient Score from Lifestory Research determines which customers are trust advocates and which are trust antagonists.

This year’s America’s Most Trusted Study measured brand trust in 53 product categories, with the most well-known brands being evaluated by people who are actively shopping.

Three new flooring product studies were released today, examining brand trust in the carpet, ceramic tile, and hard surface flooring categories (Laminate, Vinyl & Wood Flooring).

The 2022 ranking for each product category is based on people who indicated they were actively shopping for the product in the previous year in the United States between January and December.
