Wood Partners Accelerates growth in Raleigh with the Groundbreaking of Alta Vale, the City’s Newest Luxury Apartment Community

Wood Partners, a national leader in multifamily real estate development, announced today the groundbreaking of Alta Vale, its newest premium residential neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The neighborhood is set to debut in March 2023, with pre-leasing beginning in early 2023.

“Wood Partners is excited to officially break ground on Alta Vale, which will provide a new level of luxury living for residents in and around the Raleigh area,” Caitlin Shelby, Managing Director for Wood Partners stated.

“Alta Vale will be a perfect addition to our existing North Carolina portfolio as we continue to see tremendous growth within Raleigh and the surrounding area.”

Alta Vale, when completed, will include 306 apartments with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor layouts.

Each apartment at the property will include modern, high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, in-home washer and dryer sets, and vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.

Alta Vale will also provide homeowners a wide range of community amenities such as a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen and bar, an on-site dog park, and access to the Crabtree Creek greenway route.

Inside, members may enjoy the property’s opulent clubhouse, which includes a state-of-the-art fitness facility, resident café, game room, co-working and conference spaces, a pet spa, and plenty of entertainment options.

All common areas around the community will be designed in an urban style and will be outfitted with high-speed internet hotspots to ensure there is never a lack of connectivity.

The upcoming Raleigh property’s prime location, just outside the 440 Beltline, will provide homeowners with convenient access to all of the city’s most sought-after services, including more than 100,000 employment in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina State University, and the iconic Research Triangle Park (RTP).

Alta Vale is also close to many of Raleigh’s best retail and dining options, as well as the North Carolina Museum of Art, PNC Arena, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the 5,600-acre Umstead State Park.

“We designed Alta Vale to provide residents with the best of both worlds—a modern, luxurious community to call home located in a prime location with direct access to Raleigh’s Crabtree Creek greenway,” Shelby added.

“The addition of Alta Vale comes on the heels of Wood Partners’ significant growth in the Raleigh market in 2021, including the recent openings of Alta Davis in Morrisville and Alta Wren in Cary.”

“We look forward to welcoming new residents home early next year and continue to seek out new opportunities to bring our unique brand of high-end living to additional locations throughout the Research Triangle.”
