NLBMDA: Ready to Launch Virtual LBM Advocacy Week 2021

National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) ready for the upcoming LBM Advocacy Week (April 12 – April 16).

Members of Congress will meet virtually with lumber and building material dealers to advocate for industry priorities.

As part of LBM Advocacy Week 2021, lumber and building material dealers from across the country will meet virtually with members of Congress beginning April 12 to advocate for the industry’s legislative priorities.

Dealers will concentrate on affordable housing issues such as the Softwood Lumber Agreement, the federal minimum wage, immigration reform, and COVID-19 employer liability protection.

The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) is encouraging members to contact their legislators in Congress in support of these priorities in conjunction with LBM Advocacy Week.
