LandSouth Sets Foot in the Livano Natural Coast

LandSouth Construction, an award-winning general contractor located in Jacksonville, Fla., has broken ground and begun construction on Livano Nature Coast, an upscale multifamily complex in Spring Hill, FL.

LIV Development is the project’s developer, and the project is set to be completed in the fall of 2024.

“LandSouth is incredibly excited to again collaborate with our longtime partner, LIV Development, and get started on this new development in the Spring Hill area,” LandSouth President and CEO James Pyle stated. “The continued growth in the Spring Hill area makes the demand for high quality, luxury multifamily living greater than ever before.”

Matt Pyle will be the LandSouth project manager for the Livano Nature Coast, with Kevin Yoder as the assistant project manager and Charlotte Dempster as the construction administrator. The superintendent is Ciro Romero. Livano Natural Coast’s architecture firm is Baker Barrios.

Livano Nature Coast is a garden-style development with 15 three-story buildings and 348 flats. Tenants will have the option of a one-, two-, or three-bedroom floor plan. Homeowners will also have access to a resort-style pool and clubhouse, miniature golf, wood-framed pavilions, pickleball courts, and a pet facility at Livano Natural Coast. The Livano Nature Coast will be close to downtown Spring Hill and all that it has to offer.
