Boise Cascade Company stated that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Humphrey Company, Inc., a two-step building materials distributor based in Chicopee, MA.
“We are excited to welcome the Holden Humphrey team to Boise Cascade,” said Jo Barney, executive vice president of Boise Cascade’s Building Materials Distribution division.
“This acquisition will enable us to strengthen our existing distribution partnerships and offer our customers in the northeast region access to expanded product lines.”
