City Wide Facility Solutions Opens Fourth Location in Virginia

By   /

City Wide Facility Solutions, the premier management firm in the building maintenance industry, has announced the launch of its 88th facility, its fourth in Virginia. The I-81 Corridor and the larger Roanoke Valley are served by the new office.

Local building owners and property management companies in Roanoke and the surrounding areas now have a one-stop shop for all of their facility management needs. Kyle Calandro and Jeff Gilley, together with Chris Sweeney, owner of the existing Richmond facility, have teamed to open City Wide Facility Solutions at 1626 Apperson Road, Suites B/C in Salem, Virginia.
“I’ve always wanted to own my own business. The City Wide concept and culture have spoken to me since day one, and they are exactly the principles I want to uphold as a leader and business owner “Calandro stated. “We both look forward to serving the Roanoke community and providing unparalleled facility management solutions,” Gilley stated.

Calandro brings 11 years of experience in the Industrial Uniform and Facility Services industries to City Wide Facility Solutions. Prior to joining City Wide, he was the General Manager for Aramark Uniforms in the New York Metro Area. Gilley worked as an anchor and account executive in sports radio in Washington, D.C. before joining City Wide Facility Solutions. Sweeney is the Richmond franchise owner and has been in business for about 12 years.

Last year marked the 60th anniversary of City Wide Facility Solutions, which has constantly grown and adapted to become “The First Choice” for its clients, workers, franchise owners, independent contractors, and vendors. City Wide manages more than 20 services for its clients and provides professional communication and project management at all stages of the experience. This allows clients to concentrate on running their businesses while encouraging smaller, independent, and regionally owned businesses to provide services. More independent enterprises and commercial properties in the United States and Canada will soon benefit from the opportunities and services provided by City Wide, as more facilities in Pennsylvania, California, and New Jersey are set to open.
