US LBM expands in the New York metro area with the Addition of New Universal Supply Location

US LBM has expanded its presence in New York City by opening a new roofing and siding-focused location in Whippany, New Jersey.

The new location will provide roofing and siding materials to contractors, remodelers, and homebuilders in the New Jersey suburbs of New York City.

“The Whippany location, along with similar roofing and siding focused locations we’ve opened in nearby Paterson and Newark in northern New Jersey over the last two years, expands US LBM’s coverage in an important specialty category in a high-volume metropolitan market,” said L.T. Gibson, President and CEO of US LBM.

The new location will be run by the Universal Supply division of US LBM. Feldman Lumber and Direct Cabinet Sales are two of US LBM’s brands in the area, in addition to Universal Supply.
