Hy-Lite’s Acrylic Block Privacy Barn Doors Follows Interior Design Trends

By   /

Customers can get the Barn-Lite acrylic block panels for their new or current interior doors.

Hy-Lite has broadened its product line by adding the Barn-Lite system. This is made of acrylic block grid doors on barn-door sliding hardware.

The makers of this new product envisioned it as the choice for commercial space owners and homeowners who want first-rate interior privacy dividers.

“Just imagine the ease of separating a large room into two smaller rooms simply by sliding the Barn-Lite door,” says Roger Murphy, president of Hy-Lite. “These doors instantly create a private space while allowing in the flow of light.”

The Barn-Lite system comes in Wave and Glacier-style acrylic blocks. Both let natural light through but provides privacy for those behind them.

Either product is a cost-effective option for potential customers who want to obscure views of rooms or spaces.

Each door measures 38 inches wide, is 1.5 inches deep and is 83 inches high. It looks like a grid with its 9 by 9-inch blocks across and down its surface.

The door units of the vinyl frames come in white and bronze finishes. A steel overhead hardware supports the sliding door customers can get this in black satin.

“The popularity of barn-style doors has been on a steady rise in the U.S. for the past several years,” Murphy adds.

“Whether used to separate a bathroom from a master bedroom or to close off conference space in an office, the Barn-Lite doors are an elegant and easy way to gain privacy,” Murphy continues.

Users can also insert the acrylic block door panels into new and current doors whether they are exterior or interior.
