New Code-Compliant Structural Screws from CAMO

By   /

CAMO, a trademark of National Nail, has introduced a new line of high-performance structural screws.

Screw uses include deck substructure, internal framing, ledger, and general construction and are IRC/IBC code compliant.

“The CAMO team is excited to unveil CAMO structural screws, the next generation of structural fasteners to help builders with the deck structure and beyond,” Doug Hutchings, vice president of product development at National Nail stated.

“The new screws offer builders excellent holding power and stronger connections.”

Truss screws, multi-ply screws, ledger screws, frame screws, and multi-purpose screws are among the products designed to start quickly without pre-drilling, drive smoothly, and hold securely.

According to the manufacturer, all structural screws have a special coating, a four-layer system for corrosion protection, and are tested twice as long as industry norms.

Unlike most structural screws, CAMO structural screws can be utilized both inside and outside.

The ledger, multi-ply, and truss screws also double as fasteners, needing fewer fasteners per job and necessitating fewer SKUs for dealers.
